All orders are shipped from St. Catharines, Ontario by Canada Post within 2 business days.
Orders are received in 2 to 14 days after shipping, depending on distance. Call or email us if you have any specific shipping requirements or questions.

Orders under $75.00: We charge the actual cost to ship orders under $75.00. Orders $75.00 and over: We charge a flat rate of $3.00 to ship orders of $75.00 & over.
Warranty & Return Policy
WARRANTY
Mother-ease® strives to please its customers by providing them with durable, well-designed diapers and accessories. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months from date of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Mother-ease® will provide a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, on unused, unwashed, resalable (no pet hair, dirt, fuzz, lint, etc.) products for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
Please call or e-mail us for authorization and shipping instructions before sending your order back, and include a copy of your invoice with the return.
The Mother-ease Canadian shopping cart will calculate taxes according to the following rules and will appear on your invoice in the line labeled GST/HST.
ON – HST = 5% on diapers, covers, training pants, bedwetter pants, liners – washable and biodegradable, swim diapers.
ON – HST = 13% on diaper pails, diaper sprayers, diaper bags, nursing pads, diaper pail meshes, carbon filters, wipes, wash mitts, receiving blankets.
BC – HST = 5% on diapers, covers, training pants, bedwetter pants, liners – washable and biodegradable, swim diapers.
BC – HST = 12% on diaper pails, diaper sprayers, diaper bags, nursing pads, diaper pail meshes, carbon filters, wipes, wash mitts, receiving blankets.
NS – HST = 5% on diapers, covers, training pants, bedwetter pants, liners – washable and biodegradable, swim diapers.
NS – HST = 15% on diaper pails, diaper sprayers, diaper bags, nursing pads, diaper pail meshes, carbon filters, wipes, wash mitts, receiving blankets.
NB – HST = 13% on all products
NF – HST = 13% on all products
All other provinces – GST = 5%
